It might help to focus MORE on the vampires with Fortitude. You could replace one Reza Fatir with Muhandis, the G4 Toreador (. The other Reza, you could even replace with another copy of Basir, just to reduce your average capacity.)
That way, you can get replace the Diseases with Skins of Steel. They're useful in a wider variety of situations. More reliable.
Don't bother with Taste of Death. If they maneuver away from you, you can just prevent the damage.
Your mix of Celerity cards looks unreliable at face value. Playing greater numbers of fewer types of cards will give you a "psychological advantage" in combat, since you'll be able to better predict what cards you will cycle into.
I recommend: 4 Pursuit 4 Psyche 2 Blur
If you decide to get rid of the 3 Tastes of Death, those card slots will now accomodate +1 Blur, +2 Flash.
Or you can get rid of Celerity completely. Include +6 Selective Silence, +4 Trap. The Celerity-free option will add Mukhtar Bey to your crypt candidates.
2-3 guns will not hurt this deck.
I predict that this deck won't be able to gain much from only 4 Tastes of Vitae. The vampires on the table near you will very quickly be running close to empty. Mid- to late-game, there will be nothing more to suck. Provisions of the Silsila is a better alternative if you have only 4 card slots in 90 to spare for regaining blood.
And you don't need Bum's Rush. Add +2 Clandestine Contract. Your Havens Uncovered might also be better off as Contracts. (For the Provisions.)

You could replace one Reza Fatir with Muhandis, the G4 Toreador muhandis= 8 cap, +1 bleed, only has 1 discipline needed at superior, can only "wake" for directed actions and even need to pay a blood to block, can't market square, can't contract, can't Glory, can't web of knives, can't path of blood. Stick with the crypt and change when played and kinks found, don't use muhandisThat way, you can get replace the Diseases with Skins of Steel. They're useful in a wider variety of situations. More reliable. close pressing combat, could probably make it 5/5 Or not Don't bother with Taste of Death. If they maneuver away from you, you can just prevent the damage. prevent their damage or kill theM? dilemma....2-3 guns will not hurt this deck. costs pool, but permanents are good thoughAnd you don't need Bum's Rush. Add +2 Clandestine Contract. clandestine contract costs pool yet again, and person doesn't own enough provisions

nice comments guys!! nightfall: i can't take out the diseases, it's the theme of the deck. although i would like to have more traps. as of now, i only have 1, so i can't really proxy 5 copies of that card. My initial strategy was "Disease+Trap+Blur" with sprinkles of thinblood, and selective silence to ensure proximity. believe me, i too want to put in provisions, but even the Yonzon brothers (they bought boxes of FN) don't have them. it's hard to find. nice comments Yourself. now that QUI has selective silence, i cant make up my mind on wheter to use Selective silence or Flashes. Maybe, it's just that i'm blinded by the shiny new cards of QUI/Assamites that i'm more thatn willing to use them instead of more practical cards. will try to re-assess the situation

IMO Selective Silence is a great card but it can be misleading at times. It is GREAT but not the GREATEST quietus card in town though it's a good alternative to save slots for Flash or Pursuit. I think six copies of Disease are solid enough to last some rounds of combat. The only problem that you'll be facing are 1.) presence and its combat ends and 2.) hard core potence. I tested my close range deck against Carding's hard core !Brujah deck and all I got was some ass whooping. Huhuhuhu.

How about : 12 Taste of Death 8 Selective Silence 6 Pursuit 5 Sideslip 2 Blur 4 Psyche! 4 guns 3 Taste of Vitae Concealed/Disguised Weapon is optional. You really can't be without dodges.
